With over 15 years of experience in the telecommunications and ISP industry, Michael is a visionary leader and expert in network and security solutions. His career includes pivotal roles such as Video Engineering Manager at Vodafone UK, where he pioneered OTT TV services, advanced CDN integrations, and robust DDoS mitigation strategies.

 

As the Co-Founder and CEO of CDMA Services Ltd, Michael channels his expertise into developing groundbreaking security solutions and driving innovation. His leadership philosophy combines technical expertise, strategic thinking, and a collaborative spirit to foster environments where ideas flourish and solutions evolve.

Kyriacos Palechoros

COO (Chief Operations Manager)

Kyriacos is an accomplished Telecommunications Engineer with extensive experience in Internet Protocol Suite (TCP/IP), Routers, Routing, Voice over IP (VoIP), and Network Engineering. A graduate of Imperial College London, he has proven expertise in Ericsson IMS and Broadsoft Application Server Platforms.

 

As COO, Kyriacos oversees day-to-day operations, ensuring effective project execution and adhering to client expectations. His ability to integrate emerging technologies into practical solutions has been instrumental in CDMA’s success.
