Role Description

We are seeking a Back-Office Administrator to support the smooth day-to-day operation of the company’s non-technical functions.

 

The role involves administrative support, internal coordination, documentation handling, and professional communication across departments.

 

Key Responsibilities include:

 

  • Providing day-to-day back-office and administrative support

  • Preparing, organizing, filing, and maintaining company documents and records

  • Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items

  • Supporting invoicing and operational processes (non-accounting)

  • Handling professional correspondence and internal/external communications

  • Assisting with HR-related and compliance documentation (non-technical support)

  • Supporting internal coordination across teams as required

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or back-office role

  • Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills

  • Excellent command of English (knowledge of Greek is considered an advantage)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • High level of discretion, reliability, and professionalism
