You will own the sales process for the full Sophos portfolio: firewalls, Intercept X, email security, MDR, and related services. Key responsibilities:
Identify and qualify new prospects through targeted outreach, partner channels, and industry events.
Run live demos and proof-of-concepts, both on-site and remotely, to show how Sophos stops real threats.
Build relationships with IT and security leaders, uncover their pain points, and propose clear, business-focused solutions.
Work alongside pre-sales engineers to design tailored architectures and ensure smooth hand-off to delivery teams.
Maintain accurate forecasts, track all activities in our CRM, and hit quarterly and annual sales targets.
Travel regionally (up to 30%) for customer meetings and conferences.
3–5 years of B2B technology sales, preferably in cybersecurity, networking, or managed security services.
Demonstrated success closing deals in mid-market to enterprise accounts.
Hands-on knowledge of Sophos products or equivalent firewall, endpoint, and email security tools.
Strong presentation and negotiation skills, with experience engaging both technical teams and executive sponsors.
Self-starter who thrives under targets and adapts quickly to changing customer needs.
Always ready to travel for meetings and events.
Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
