Role Description

This is a full-time role as an Account Manager at CDMA Services Ltd in Strovolos, with flexibility for some remote work. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for:

Managing client accounts and building strong relationships.
Understanding client requirements and developing customized strategies to meet their goals.
Collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure the delivery of top-tier solutions and services.

Qualifications

Client Relationship Management and Account Management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in sales or business development
Knowledge of network, voice, and security solutions is a plus
Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a team environment
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
