Role Description

This is a full-time role as a Mid-Level Engineer at CDMA Services Ltd in Strovolos, with flexibility for some remote work. As a Mid-Level Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Designing, implementing, and maintaining IT infrastructure solutions, including cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), on-premises servers, and hybrid environments.
  • Providing technical expertise in cybersecurity, including threat detection, vulnerability assessments, and incident response.
  • Supporting clients in data management initiatives, such as database optimization, backup solutions, and disaster recovery planning.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to provide technical insights during client meetings and proposal preparation.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues promptly to ensure minimal downtime for clients.
  • Documenting technical processes, configurations, and solutions for future reference.
  • Staying updated on the latest technologies and industry best practices to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, cloud services, or cybersecurity.
  • Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, or CompTIA Security+ are highly desirable.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles, tools, and frameworks.
  • Familiarity with database management systems (SQL, MySQL, MongoDB) and data backup solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Fluent in Greek and English; additional languages are an advantage.
