Role Description

This is a full-time role as a Sales Executive at CDMA Services Ltd in Strovolos, with flexibility for some remote work. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for:

  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities by networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Understanding client needs and proposing tailored IT solutions from CDMA’s portfolio, including data management, cybersecurity, cloud services, and digital transformation.
  • Collaborating with the technical team to prepare proposals, presentations, and demonstrations for clients.
  • Meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Preparing regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the IT or technology sector.
  • Strong understanding of IT solutions such as cloud services, cybersecurity, and data management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
  • Fluent in Greek and English; additional languages are an advantage.
