Position Title: Mid-Level Engineer

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Mid-Level Engineer to support our team in delivering high-quality IT solutions to our clients. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining IT systems, with a focus on cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data management. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure solutions, including cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), on-premises servers, and hybrid environments.
- Provide technical expertise in cybersecurity, including threat detection, vulnerability assessments, and incident response.
- Support clients in data management initiatives, such as database optimization, backup solutions, and disaster recovery planning.
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical insights during client meetings and proposal preparation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to ensure minimal downtime for clients.
- Document technical processes, configurations, and solutions for future reference.
- Stay updated on the latest technologies and industry best practices to enhance service delivery.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, cloud services, or cybersecurity.
- Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, or CompTIA Security+ are highly desirable.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles, tools, and frameworks.
- Familiarity with database management systems (SQL, MySQL, MongoDB) and data backup solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Fluent in Greek and English; additional languages are an advantage.
