Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and promoting CDMA’s portfolio of IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Understand client needs and propose tailored IT solutions from CDMA’s portfolio, including data management, cybersecurity, cloud services, and digital transformation.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to prepare proposals, presentations, and demonstrations for clients.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to position CDMA as a market leader.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the IT or technology sector.
  • Strong understanding of IT solutions such as cloud services, cybersecurity, and data management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
  • Fluent in Greek and English; additional languages are an advantage.
