1. About these Terms
These Terms & Conditions explain the rules for using https://cdma.com.cy/ (the “Website”), including its content, enquiry forms, downloadable resources and website tools. “CDMA”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to CDMA Services Limited; “you” means a Website visitor or user.
Please read these Terms before using the Website. If you do not agree with them, please stop using it. These Terms concern Website use; professional services are governed separately as explained in section 5. Nothing in these Terms overrides rights or obligations that apply under mandatory law.
2. Who we are

CDMA provides managed IT and security services, cloud solutions, unified communications, professional IT services and strategic technology advice for businesses.
3. Permitted Website use
You may browse the Website, read its articles, download resources and contact us for personal or internal business purposes, subject to these Terms and any applicable licence.
Use the Website lawfully and respect the rights of CDMA and others. You are responsible for ensuring that you have permission to submit information or request checks on behalf of another person or organisation.
4. General information and professional advice
Service descriptions, articles, guides and other resources provide general information. They may change as technology, threats and business requirements develop.
General Website content is not technical, security, legal or compliance advice tailored to your organisation. Do not rely on it alone when making decisions affecting systems, data or operations. Obtain an appropriate professional assessment.
Using the Website, a resource or a checking tool does not certify compliance with any law or standard and does not guarantee the security of an account, device or system.
5. Enquiries and professional services
Submitting a form, requesting a consultation or assessment, downloading a guide or sending an enquiry does not, by itself, create a service agreement or oblige either party to purchase or provide services.
Services are subject to the relevant proposal, statement of work, service agreement or other terms expressly agreed with the client. Those terms govern scope, fees, responsibilities, delivery, service levels and liability.
Website information is not incorporated into a client agreement unless that agreement expressly incorporates it, subject to mandatory law. These Terms do not amend an existing client agreement. If there is a conflict concerning contracted services, the applicable client agreement governs, subject to mandatory law.
A request involving a business domain, account or system must come from an authorised person. An enquiry alone does not authorise intrusive testing, scanning, access or changes to systems. The scope and permissions for such work must be separately agreed.
6. Information you submit
Provide accurate information and contact details, and submit only information you are entitled to share.
Do not send passwords, authentication codes, access credentials or confidential or sensitive client information through general Website forms. If such information is necessary, contact us to arrange an appropriate secure channel.
We handle personal data in accordance with applicable data protection law. See section 12 for privacy information. Submitting an enquiry or downloading a resource does not, by itself, constitute consent to receive marketing.
7. Downloadable resources and breach-checking tools
Resources such as the IT Buyer’s Guide and AI Playbook, and any preliminary assessment or tool results, are informational and do not replace a full professional assessment.
The breached-email page at https://cdma.com.cy/breached-email/ embeds a tool hosted by MSP Marketing Edge at tools.mspmarketingedge.com. Information entered into that embedded tool is submitted to the third-party service for the requested check. Before using it, review the privacy information and any applicable terms made available with the tool. If you need clarification about its data handling, contact dpo@cdma.com.cy before submitting an address.
Only submit an email address that belongs to you or that you are authorised to check. Do not use the tool to investigate others without permission, collect personal information unlawfully or misuse breach information.
Results depend on the information available to the tool and may be incomplete, inaccurate or outdated. A result showing no known breach does not establish that an account or system is secure. A match does not necessarily mean the email account is currently compromised.
A check does not itself change passwords, secure accounts, remove exposed information, remediate vulnerabilities or provide ongoing monitoring. Any remediation, monitoring or professional response must be separately arranged.
A tool provider’s terms do not remove CDMA’s own responsibilities under applicable law.
8. Prohibited use and access restrictions
You must not attempt unauthorised access to the Website or connected systems, introduce malware, bypass security controls, disrupt operation, impersonate others or use the Website for fraud or unlawful activity.
Do not send spam or misleading enquiries, or use automated requests or scraping in a way that overloads the Website, unlawfully collects personal information or infringes intellectual property rights.
We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, maintain security, comply with law or protect the Website and its users. Restrictions under these Website Terms do not alter service commitments in a separate client agreement.
9. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, Website content, branding, text, graphics and downloadable resources are owned by or licensed to CDMA. Third-party tools and materials may be owned by their providers.
You may view and download content for personal or internal business use and share links to our pages. Keep copyright notices and attribution intact.
Unless permitted by law or an express licence, you may not republish, sell, modify for redistribution or commercially exploit our content without permission.
Third-party names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance on the Website does not transfer any rights to you or imply an endorsement beyond any relationship expressly stated.
10. External websites and third-party services
The Website may link to external websites or include third-party tools. We do not control external content or the operation of independent services. A link does not necessarily constitute an endorsement.
Separate provider terms and privacy notices may apply to those services. Review them before use or submission of information. Nothing in this section excludes any responsibility CDMA has under applicable law.
11. Accuracy, availability and liability
We aim to keep Website information useful and accurate but do not guarantee that every page or tool result is complete, current or free from errors. Contact us to confirm a service detail or report an error.
We may update, suspend or remove content or features for maintenance, security or other reasonable operational reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free Website access. Website availability is separate from service availability commitments in a client agreement.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, CDMA is not responsible for losses arising solely from reliance on general Website information or temporary Website unavailability. This limitation concerns Website use only and does not replace the liability provisions of a separate client agreement.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Mandatory consumer rights, data protection rights and remedies remain unaffected.
12. Privacy, cookies and marketing
Our Privacy Policy is available at https://cdma.com.cy/privacy-policy/. Read it together with any privacy information provided at a form or tool before submitting personal data. For questions, contact dpo@cdma.com.cy.
These Terms are not a request for consent to process personal data, place optional cookies or send marketing. Where consent is required by law, it must be obtained separately. Accepting these Terms or continuing to browse does not provide that consent.
Cookies and similar technologies that require consent must not be used before that consent is obtained. Any cookie choices must be explained through the Website’s cookie information and controls, with a straightforward way to withdraw consent.
You may unsubscribe from marketing using the method provided in the communication or contact us. Withdrawing marketing consent does not prevent communications necessary to answer an enquiry or administer an existing service.
Nothing in these Terms authorises processing that would otherwise be unlawful.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Website, its features or applicable requirements. The date above identifies the latest revision.
A revised version applies prospectively to Website use after it is published; it does not retrospectively alter accrued rights or amend an existing client agreement. Where the law requires additional notice or agreement, publication alone is not sufficient.
Changes to these Terms do not constitute fresh consent to cookies, marketing or personal-data processing.
14. Applicable law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, subject to any mandatory law that applies.
Please contact us first if you have a concern about Website use so that we can try to resolve it. This does not require you to delay a claim, meet an additional procedural condition or give up any right to complain to a regulator.
Any dispute may be brought before a court with jurisdiction under applicable law. These Terms do not restrict any mandatory right to bring proceedings in another jurisdiction or rely on applicable consumer protections.
If a provision is found unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
